By accessing or using TrustInMail services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the services.

TrustInMail provides email security, phishing detection and related cybersecurity services.

We may modify, improve or discontinue services at any time.

Customers agree to:

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen events.

Paid services are billed according to the applicable order, subscription or agreement.

Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

All software, trademarks, logos, content and technology related to TrustInMail remain our property or the property of our licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to customers.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for legitimate business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Services are provided "as is".
TrustInMail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Customers may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
